How do I enter the passcode?

Turn on the display first. Press the Plus or Minus buttons to select the number for the current digit and press the On/off button to move to the next digit. The display will be unlocked after all the correct digits have been entered.

What is parking mode?

Enable the non-zero start mode first. When the scooter has been stationary for 30 seconds, it will automatically enter the Park mode. By pressing plus button, it will exit the Park mode.

How do I set a new passcode?

On the P23 page of the hidden menu, enter the original password first. Then, press the On/off button for 2 seconds till "S23" appears on the display. Next, enter a new 4-digit password and press the On/off button for 2 seconds to save it.

How fast and far can it go?

The Ausom L2 Max Dual Motor can travel up to 56 miles (90 km) on a single charge and reach a top speed of 40 mph (65 km/h), enabling an exhilarating, long-distance journey.

Can I ride it in the rain?

Riding it on a drizzling day for a short while is acceptable. However, for your safety and the safety of your electric scooter, prolonged riding in the rain is not recommended. If the e-scooter gets soaked, the battery is likely to be damaged.
