So I've been taking this since the 9th of June 2025. And I have to say, I've noticed some big changes. I was like skeptic about all of this, but I tried it I think I'm on my third week maybe. But I have noticed that my bloating has gone away, I've noticed that I'm becoming more regular on the bowel movements. I've noticed that I am falling asleep better.
