Bought this not knowing what to expect as the reviews were mixed. When this neck pillow arrived it was very well vacuumed packed. I read the instructions which suggested leaving the pillow for 24 hours to spring back into shape. This is where other reviewers said their pillow remained ‘squashed’. Mine however, was perfect, it sprang back overnight into its proper shape. It comes in a little bag (not tried putting it back in there when not in use). It has a clasp to keep the pillow on your neck. It was comfortable to sleep with and didn’t give me neck ache which is great. My neck now has the support it needs when I sleep upright in a chair. The material is lovely and soft and can be removed for washing. Great value for money.

Ive just started suffering with mirgraines for the first time in my life and 1 of my warning signs is neck pain, i pop this on and its so comfy and surportive that i can relax and rest my head on my sofa, let it inflate first when you first get it out of the cover, which dosnt take long.

I was excited to use this travel pillow straight out of the bag, but it had a strong chemical/factory smell that caught me off guard. Definitely wish I’d washed it first. That said, it is soft and comfy, and the shape is nice for support. However, I realized I personally prefer something a bit sturdier—this memory foam style just isn’t for me. I think I’ll stick to the classic cotton and fluff inserts next time. Still, not a bad option if you like that plush, sink-in feel!

Nice and bright like the photo. Very soft, loved by my 9 yr son and was perfect for a long car journey. Supported him while taking a much needed nap. I have removed and washed the cover, was washed at 40 and was perfect even after washing. Love the bag that it comes with so perfect to squeeze in and put away so doesn't gather dush. Value for money.
