When charging this unit should the on/ off switch be on or off

Will charge on or off but if setting a few days with the switch on, it will discharge the battery over time as the receiver for the remote uses power.

Couldn’t get it to work with cable in USA. So I returned it.

How can I pick up channels with the antenna? Not getting anything.

Chose between antenna/cable. Choose antenna and tv will take about 5 minutes to program the channels.
