Charger port broke fairly easily after several uses. Not sure if it was mishandled or poorly designed.On the plus side, holds charge well to be ready for any gaming session and can fully charge controller at a normal rate. Fits nicely against controller and the interface is easy to understandRevised review: the seller reached out to me after my concerning review and although I mentioned in my review that I may be the reason for mishandling the product, the seller still wanted to create a satisfying experience. I give this product a 5 just for the quick customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these 1 for me and 1 for my girlfriend...im never buying this product again. It worked fine for 3 weeks and now it just says "ER" while charging and even when you plug it into the controller itself. It is now just a Paperweight. It does absolutely NOTHING. No way to even fix it. What a waste of money....im highly disappointed.

Works great. Play and charge your controller at the same time. Battery holds good charge and charges controller about 3/4 to full quickly.

I don’t get the error message that a lot of people seem to be getting. Has good functionality and battery life. Very easy to use. Decent charging speed. Great value for the money. It fits perfectly. Would purchase again.

We got these battery packs for our PlayStation five controllers. When we’re gaming hard and the batteries die, we can quickly attach these to give our controllers a quick charge and keep playing. They fit snugly on the controller while we’re gaming, so you don’t even notice they’re there. They’re fast, lightweight, and an amazing product.

It died very quickly and a sudden issue where it won't charge or even work on my controller. Even tried it on a brand new controller to just have the error icon appear every time.

Works great and charge my controller

Thing can barely hold a charge. It sways back and forth against the controller with the foam in between. Seems flimsy. Looks pretty. Foam is cheap. Rubber at bottom great but you can’t charge it on the controller with the controller face up on a table without a 45 degree charger cord end. Dodge the headaches and buy a new battery or replace the controller. In one week I have an error and no battery when I expected to come home to a charged controller.
