Brilliant for making pizza. It melts and crisps really nicely and the pizza tastes great with it

The real deal
The real deal from Italy and melts to give that beautiful stringy texture on pizzas or in my case melted over some tortialla chips in the microwave. Nice stuff.

Good if you like chewing gum
Unfortunately it is one of the worst mozzarellas I had ever tried. My recommendation is to stick to traditionally shaped ones as these must probably undergo a process that makes them chewy and plain bad.
