Update: The company reached out and made this right, thank you so much. Changing my rating.This figure was supposed to be delivered with another item, but this got delayed. When I received it shortly after, I realized the box was damaged all along the bottom with small rips and appeared to have been glued back together. The blind bag was cut open all the way across the top, and the accessory (the clock hands) were missing. Now the clock just has a hole in the center. It's a well made figure but very disappointing to not have all of the pieces. I've never had a blind box arrive unsealed before, let alone missing part of the figure. Not sure if I received a return that was resealed and sold as new, or if someone was looking for the secret. This was my first Nanci figure so I’m regretting the purchase.

The blind box we received was authentic and the figure was very cute as we have come to expect from Rolife.

The small, lovely details, colors, size, and uniqueness of characters in this series are stunning and really stand out on my shelf.The mystery of which beautiful figure you'll get is fun and makes them a fantastic choice for gifting—especially with that price.I will absolutely be keeping these in mind in the future, both for myself and others around the holidays.
