WHITESILK [Dual Stem Cell + (10%) PDRN + HSP + (plant) 9-Exosome ] Healing Booster Serum Ampoule (10ml x 2vials)

I've been using a Dr Pen micro needling system monthly for a few years now, and I've always wondered exactly what I should be using afterwards. I usually use vitamin C serum and lavender serum. This White silk serum is really thick, more like a gel, really, but it sinks into the skin quickly and easily and seems to work better than the others.Micro needling isn't pain-free, but this serum actually helped to deaden the pain for a few hours, and then again when applied for a second time at night. It helped my skin not to be quite so irritated against my pillow, and I use a silk pillow, so it should be soft enough.I think that this serum seems to be helping my skin to recover more quickly from my micro needling treatment, which is good because I have to time treatments with when I know I won't be going out for a few days, that should be less of a problem if I use this every time. The main problem for me is that it is quite expensive, so I'm not sure I could actually afford to use it every time, but if you can then I think you will reap the rewards.I also micro needle the backs of my hands because I feel that is the area that lets me down the most, and this area always takes longer to heal due to the thinness of the skin there, but this serum seems to have sped up the healing process, so I won't be walking around with hands that look like I've been dragged through a thorn bush for a week.In the past, I've not be able to use a day cream for a few days after micro needling, just the serums, but with this Whitesilk one I was able to use the Whitesilk moisturiser over the top, so I feel like my skin is getting it's usual benefits as well as the extra ones. These are the only 2 items I've tried from this brand, but I've been very impressed with them, great for us older ladies.

Easy enough to apply: remove the metal cap and the rubber stopper from the vial, them attach the clear flexible nozzle. Shake/flick the vial towards the nozzle so that the it is filled, remove the little white cap then squeeze the sides of the nozzle so the contents come out. Couldn’t see instructions on how many times a day to apply, so went for two, however this would not use a full vial in the recommended use within 1-2 days after opening advice (keep refrigerated once opened). Would be good if this information was available somewhere.It smoothes on easily, and I can feel it on my face for hours afterwards. As to whether it works, my skin looks fine, but I cannot see any remarkable improvement in my case. Perhaps it would show more improvement if used for the recommended 30 days, but quite expensive so not sure I would pay the amount needed for a full course. £30 for two vials – ouch!

Smooth on the skin, delicate bottles and storage instructions after opening to follow. Not drastic results yet but hopefully over time there will be.

The WHITESILK medical grade Skin Repairing and hydra-vital Rejuvenation Serum (Stem cell) comes in two small ampules that have a pipette applicator once opened.Unfortunately it comes without instructions on application, so I had to refer to the seller Amazon page and to previous reviews on the product.It doesn’t really have a particular scent, but if I was pushed to say it smelt of anything, then it would be a very, very light floral scent. It is quite a thick serum which needs to be refrigerated once opened. The refrigeration process does make it a bit gloopy and harder to drawn into the pipette so I took it out of the fridge about ten minutes before using it.It absorbs beautifully, unlike other serums that I find tend to sit on the skin. These two ampule bottles provided approximately 6 days use. After using it for that period I did notice that my skin appeared fresher and brighter, I can’t say it had any impact on fine lines or wrinkles, but that maybe because it would take continued use to have that sort of effect. The price of £30 for 6 days would probably make it a little out of my reach to be a prolonged user, but if you were looking for a product that would give you a good boost for a special occasion (helped along with other skin care routines such as a derma needle roller to push the product further into the skin), then this is worth trying.I received this product as part of the Amazon Vine programme.
