At first I wasn't so sure, it seems difficult to get into place and didn't seem to be working properly. After a couple of attempts I got the hang of it and now I can put it on and take it off with ease. You just need to remember to loosen the straps before you put it on and then tighten them when in place. You can adjust it to be as comfortable as you wish and the little cushions fit neatly under your arms for extra comfort. Almost immediately I felt more straighter and after just a few uses I noticed that my back pain was decreasing. I'm not sure my posture is improved yet without it on, but I'm hoping with a few more weeks of regular use I'll be able to hold myself better. I've tried many products like this before having always been 'round' shouldered, but this is the best one yet. It seems to simple to work, but it really does. My advice would be to make sure you have it in a comfortable position. I've been wearing it over a t-shirt and under a cardi or jumper on cooler days.

As I have Ataxia, a neurological condition which causes loss of co-ordination, balance issues, an unsteady gait and deterioration in my fine motor-skills. The form of Ataxia which I have, Sensory Ataxia, causes me to have poor muscle movement coordination. It is because of this, which has resulted in having a substandard posture. Although I have regular physiotherapy, I am always seeking to try any new aids to improve my posture. So, I was very excited to have the opportunity to test the Calibre Posture Corrector and review the product!I used Amazon to search for the Posture Corrector, I had already been advised with the specific advert which was easy to locate. Everything you need to know about this product is perfectly described on the website. Priced at £15.99 and numerous 5-star reviews, I believed that this product would work for me. I purchased the Posture Corrector and was regularly updated with regards to the stage that my order was at. Overall, it took 3 days from placing the order to the product arriving. Very efficient shipping and great communication!When the product arrived, I was eager to test it out! Due to my poor fine motor-skills, I was unable to open the packaging of both the parcel and the product, my partner opened both for me. I was able to place the Posture Corrector on myself with ease. However, to enable the product to work, again due to my poor fine motor-skills, I was unable to tighten the straps, my partner helped me with this. Once the straps were tightened to my preference, I sat back in my chair and continued with using my tablet.It is advised in the description in Amazon, to only use this product for 15-30mins. I went with 30mins. Throughout this time period, I was very comfortable, the straps did not cause any irritation at all. Once the time period had ended, my partner loosened the straps and I was able to take off the Posture Corrector.Bare in mind, I have suffered with immense stiffness in my neck and shoulders for over a year. Once the product was taken off, the stiffness has reduced, not completely, but dramatically! I was amazed, and then I could actually feel that my posture had substantially improved. I did not experience any pain, nor aches. I’m truly overwhelmed, in a positive way, by the Posture Corrector and I wished I knew of the product sooner!Nearly a week on, I am still using this and with each time that I have used the product, the more benefit I get from it. My neck and shoulder stiffness and pain have almost completely gone, I can still feel slight tension but it is so much better than it was before I started using the Posture Corrector!My physiotherapist was impressed with this as I wore it during my physiotherapy session, she praised the alignment of my posture which is definitely something I never thought she would say as I have always suffered with a poor posture!I highly recommend the Calibre Posture Corrector to anyone who suffers with regular stiffness or pain in their neck, shoulders and back. If you have a poor posture, then this product is definitely for you. I’m always sceptical and hesitant as to whether various aids will benefit me, as I’ve tried many and to no avail, however with the Posture Corrector, I cannot fault this product because there are not any. It is absolutely perfect and I strongly feel like I have the stature I had years ago!

It's certainly made a difference to me in the first few weeks of wearing it. I've used it for running, walking and at work sat at my desk. I fell as though my posture has improved greatly. It's not uncomfortable to wear, but it is noticeable. I wore it over a thin t-shire then put my regular top on over it - that worked for me. Overall I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to improve their posture.

I'm happy with the results. I spent couple only couple of hours a day wearing this which was enough to get impressive results within a week. It corrected my posture in shorter time than expected at literally no effort. I made a commitment to put it on daily and after a month my posture significantly improved. Putting it on for the first time felt like adjusting my back, neck and shoulders to the natural healthy position and after a while I wasn't aware it's still on. Just compliments from friends etc about my improved posture were reminding me about that.

Have been suffering from upper back/neck problems recently.I thought I would give this a tryReally good.Although I've only had it a short while I'd say it is having a beneficial effect already.One size fits all is also true - other posture correctors seem to dictate that the wearer is a specific size. I'm a 4XL and this does fitAll in all glad I bought it

I'm 6'2" and broad it fits well, the wife also tried it she's about 5'9" and petite and fits her well. Very adjustable and comfy, improved posture straight away. Will see if it makes a difference long term!

It definitely helps, easy to put on , fully adjustable. I have only been wearing for 1-3 hrs for 3-4 days and I alreadycan see an improvement in posture. I believe given some time it could at least reduce shoulder/neck tension and resulting headaches. Excellent value & no issues at all with seller. Definitely worth a try for headaches poor posture etc. Good value also compared to other devices.

I've been using the posture support harness for a couple of days now and I can already feel an immense difference. It's reduced a lot of the pain in my shoulders and neck, especially when I'm sat at my desk at work. I wear it over a vest or t-shirt and it seems to work fantastically; I'm standing fully upright for the first time in years. I wish I'd discovered it earlier.
