Works perfectly
Since the new Doorbell Pro has a flat back, I could not mount it flush because the wire nuts I used did not sit flush. This gave the doorbell just a little extra room to tuck the wires in. The doorbell fit into the mount perfectly. Easy to install, and it did the job.I don't know why folks are worried about it being printed. It looks great, it fits well, and it does the job.

Needed for a straight ahead view.
Ring comes with offset mounting bracket but I wanted my ring camera to be mounted straight ahead. That's where this product came in handy. Fits several of the ring models - just check your as they list which models it fits. very easy to mount.

Genuine?
Item is 3D printed. Not genuine anything. I literally could have printed this myself. If I wasn’t leaving town for vacation I would be sending this back asap.It is not professionally 3D printed in a heat controlled chamber. There are ridges and crevices. Buyer beware.

The item fit the ring device perfectly. It would have been good to have received plastic anchors with the mounting screws provided.

My what I needed
This super simple 3D printed piece was exactly what I needed to make my Ring Wired Doorbell Pro install perfectly. The wires coming out of the wall were not directly behind the terminals causing them to pinch when screwed to the wall, this piece gives just enough space behind the doorbell to keep that from happening. Simple and very straight forward install.Only note is the not overtighten the screws it came with because you could end up damaging/cracking the piece.My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be adding standoffs to the back of the oval shaped holes so that there is not a gap there.

Works good with good fit for the ring doorbell pro. Expensive though for what it is, it’s just a 3D printed piece that took maybe an hour to print and about $2 in material.
