Buy again lovely colour

After trying many different brands of hair colours, I think this is one of the best that I have tried. I like that it gives me the colour that I want and it doesn’t ruin my hair and it lasts a reasonable amount of time. My hair is naturally auburn but I have quite a bit of white in it and I found this is the best colour as a lot of the auburn shades are just too orangey for me.When I first bought this, I bought it with the Clairol Colour Studio Hair Primer but I actually think that made it more difficult to colour. I get that it provides extra protection and prepares the hair for colouring but it basically means after using it you are colouring your hair which is already damp and so it’s hard to actually see which bits you have coloured and which bits you may have missed. I’m certainly no expert in colouring, and others might find this not such a problem, but, to be honest, I wouldn’t bother to buy that particular product again.Back to the colour - you apply in a similar way to most hair colours, depending on whether you have recently coloured your hair or whether it’s uncoloured. There is not any colouring bottle included but I prefer to use a bowl and brush method anyhow so it wasn’t a problem for me. One thing I really liked is that after rinsing the colour out you can actually shampoo your hair most hair colours you just rinse your hair and apply conditioner but this one made me feel as though my hair was cleaner. There is a sachet of conditioner included, which is okay but not fantastic.You can get cheaper colours than this, and for that matter a lot more expensive too, but I’m really pleased with this colour and I have used it a few times will continue to do so.

This product was actually better than the last salon dye I had! I prefer the colour to the salon and to a very expensive online product because this didn’t have the orange tone that copper often has. It was easier to use than the other online product and didn’t stain the shower at all. I’m changing to this dye now.

I have only used 9/0 Natural Blonde so can only comment on results to my VERY GREY roots, it most definitely does not add any colour tint! The only aspect I did like...was it lightened my darker lengths of hair, and left it feeling soft and shiny.After reading other users comments on darker shades turning their grey roots unfavourable colours, I will not be trying them.Why do Clairol plus other brands promise 100% grey coverage when it's simply not true, especially when it takes one a considerable amount of time to organise and apply, only to result in a waste of one's time and disappointment!

I was looking for a product to help my dry hair. This is excellent, my hair feels soft. Great product. Highly recommended.
