Very comfortable. Great neck support. Pretty good quality, lasts many trips without rips, tears or issues. Easy to clean. Preferred this one over several others so far. Good design. I like the snap idea, although I haven't needed it. Helps with the pain and kinks in neck from napping. Easy to use, store, or bring along. I would recommend, works great!

This travel pillow is *chef’s kiss* for anyone who dreads sleeping upright.The memory foam is firm but cushy. It holds its shape and supports your head without that annoying bobble effect. Unlike most people, who would use this on a flight, I use mine to keep my massive head upright when I'm on the couch. And it does so wonderfully.The cover is soft, breathable, and washable, which is a huge win for germaphobes (like me).Lightweight, not-too-hot, supportive fit, and stylish in basic black and blue, whether you're flying, road-tripping, or pretending your office chair is ergonomic, this little guy’s got your back (well, neck).Oh, and I also bought two. Bought this pillow for a long 10 hour flight overseas in a futile attempt to get some rest on the plane. This pillow was very comfortable and I like the fact that it folded up nicely and came with a travel bag.The pillow seemed like it was decent quality and was maybe a little firm for my taste but overall was a good fit.The design was right however the only reason I dropped 1 star off the product was the fabric that is used for this pillow case or perhaps the pillow material itself wasn't as breathable as I would have liked. I found myself getting warm around the neck when wearing this, a problem I didn't have with the last neck pillow I had.That being said if you run a little cooler naturally the breathability may not bother you and everything else was a good fit and pretty comfortable, not bad for the price at all.

Solid made, comfy, handy for longer flights in economy, soft, "fits" as expected, squooshed to pack so easy to travel and springs back to use. Basic black for me but color options. Like the foam spring and support without excess "stuff"

Supports your neck great for traveling. Fit perfectly and was super easy to relax in. The quality is also good and the color was perfect

I was so happy when this arrived. I had surgery and need to sleep kind of propped up in bed. I love to read in bed, and I needed neck support to do so, since I often just fall asleep while reading. This was almost too small to wear. I could snap the closure, but just barely. It made it raise up oddly so it was covering my ears and as it gradually felt like it was strangling me. I know I won't return it - bc I'm terrible at following through with returns - but I also know that I'm unlikely to use it again unless it's for some originally unintended purpose (I can't image what). I'll end up ordering something else. The reason it has 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because it is very, very soft as promised - and the snaps seem good quality. It was packed and shipped well, and it fully expanded fairly quickly after unsealing the vacuum pack. It also arrived on time. But in terms of its actual use - nope. I do not recommend it if you have a regular size neck. I highly recommend if you have a very skinny, long neck.

Perfect for long flights, especially if you’re planning to sleep. I have frequent neck and back pain and this pillow was super helpful on my long trip to ireland. i was nervous it’d be too “flimsy” and not support my neck very well, but it worked great! Would definitely recommend, especially to frequent travelers.

It’s comfortable and fit well. I used it for my 12 hours trip, and it did the great job of holding my head and neck while I’m resting during the trip.
