The ottoman is super cute and looks just like the photos! I was going to give it 4 stars because of how flimsy it is, but then I realized the insert was INSIDE the lid! There's a few reviews of people missing it as well. Make sure you check the inside of the lid for the insert to make the ottoman solid. It's black and blends in with the rest of the lid, but I noticed a white piece of paper peaking out so I pulled on it and out popped the insert. All you have to do is push it to the bottom of the ottoman and bam, it's a sturdy object. They might want to make it a little more obvious for all the people giving this product low stars because they couldn't find the insert.

Actually took 2 minutes to put together. Looks soo cute, easy to clean, and holds a ton of stuff. I chose this for my dog to use as a step to jump up on the bed and it is super sturdy.

Super cute! Looks just like the pictures: color, size, shape. They are a bit loose as far as the material/sturdiness but they do hold 60-70 pounds (personally) pretty well. Very spacious storage. Overall a decent find/buy!

I knew going into buying this that it would be small and honestly, I love the size of it! The pink color is a nice blush color. The set up was very easy and you can fit more things inside it than I thought. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend an adult sitting on it since it is a bit small and there is no backing, but it is doable. I’d say it’s best as a foot rest or a cute piece of furniture for storage. I think it’s a nice price for what you pay for and get. As I mentioned, if you are looking for an ottoman you can sit on, this is not the right product.

My first impression was that the base was flimsy so I cam back read the reviews and people said the top was enough to stabilize it so I gave it a chance. It cannot hold up to frequent use, getting up and down, shifting your legs. Its also uncomfortable, the fabric is okay but its a thin layer between you and some hard material inside. The top has now cracked in four places after less than a months use. The rough edges have cut me three times. Would not order again, would return but passed return window.

Easy to set up, but not great if using as a step stool. Used mind to get into my lofted bed and it was constantly shifting side to side. Top eventually broke in half as well.

The ottoman is perfect for my rocking chair. It is not super heavy duty but will support legs being propped on it. The storage is great for little toys or small blankets. It is light weight and easy to move around where needed. It’s also super soft!
