Very good stable and fast Ram
I first bought some corsair 2x4gb Low Profile Vengeance 1866mhz Ram for my new build, the core components are listed below. However after setting up the new build, the corsair ram failed miserably on Memtest's hammer test (over 1400 errors) ! After researching I found corsair were still using very old dimms in their vengeance series and have read reviews where people were having multiple issues with them on memtest, so I quickly returned them for this HyperX Savage 2x4gb 1866 mhz Ram. First thing I did was run memtest test13 (Hammer test) and it passed without any errors, then I ran the full test and gave it a few more passes and it all passed without a single error. When reading embedded specs and SPD information I could see these new kingston dimms were manufactured in Feb 2015, and are running xmp v1.3 so they are the latest batch at the time of posting this review. There are 3 profiles embedded in total - standard 1300mhz, xmp profile 1 = 1866mhz and xmp profile 2 = 1600mhz (all at 1.5v), you will need to go into your bios and select the 1866mhz profile to enable the rated speed! Windows user rating is showing this at 7.9 points at 1866mhz.Everything mentioned above is at non overclock state and running at 1866mhz profile.I hope this was useful for you, don't make the mistake as I did by buying the old corsair vengeance LP ram - buy these Kingston pair and save yourself some RMA hassle!Asus Z97i-Plus mini ITX motherboardIntel i5 4670sSamsung 850 Evo SSDCorsair HX520W PSUCoolermaster elite130

Great looking RAM modules with great performance
I needed additional RAM for my PC (4 x 2GB). As i only had 8GB I was running out very quickly when using Adobe CC applications. I purchased 2 x 8 GB kit so I would have in total on my system 20GB (2 x 2GB & 2 x 8GB). Now I have plenty of headroom to run multiple Adobe applications at the same time. A noticeable performance improvement in After Effects and InDesign when I added more RAM.I chose Kingston as I already had Kingston RAM in my system and it's a brand that I trust as I have never had problems with their RAM modules. I also needed to get RAM with matching speeds and timings so it just left me with the HyperX Savage RAM. My previous RAM modules had a subtle blue heat spreader but the HyperX Savage comes with an aggressive looking heat spreader in a bright red finish that is really eye catching. It's a shame you won't really see them on the motherboard but it's still great looking RAM modules. I've enclose some photos of the RAM before installation. The RAM has a very low latency of CL9 and has an XMP profile too, which you should try and use if possible in your system (set the XMP profile on your motherboards UEFI/BIOS).Overall I would recommend this RAM, it looks great, has excellent latency and it's from a brand I trust.

Excellent Quality.
Bought to add a bit of extra flair to a 5 year old PC. My 2700K only has a modest overclock (on air, with a hyper 212 evo) but always ran a bit hot due to the stupid decision to buy 1.65v RAM at the time. Turns out the Sandy Bridge processors don't play nicely with RAM that usses over 1.5v due to the memory controller being on the chip. This HyperX Savage (1866MHz) RAM (2x8GB) runs at rated speeds/timings at 1.5v. X.M.P profile #1 had the correct timings/voltage but I needed to set the speed manually in the BIOS. Once that was done it works perfectly.

Great performance
I did a lot of research and price comparison (memory hasn't always been so expensive has it?!) before committing to these, I have had good experience with HyperX in the past so knew it would be good quality.Has worked perfectly from the moment of installation and has definitely made a difference in the performance of applications and games. I feel I am future proofed somewhat as well if I decide to upgrade the rest of my PC.

Great RAM! Tight Timings/Overclockable! But DDR3 Dying
I bought this RAM kit for £65 for a high end AMD system and I have so far used this RAM on three 900 series chipset motherboards. The RAM is very well built and has a quality weight and feel to it. This is the "Savage" model which is superior to HyperX's "Fury" RAM as this model will have tighter timings than the Fury RAM and as a result it costs a bit extra. The RAM has always had its XMP profiles recognised and loaded correctly and has been able to perform at this profile while under volted slightly. Overclocking isn't a problem as it does it very well and handles extra volts fine and doesn't overheat, I tested up to 1.8V.The only negative thing I could think of is the colour selection of the Savage RAM. The Fury RAM has a selection of colours to choose from but the DDR3 Savage RAM is only available in red.I can easily see myself reusing this RAM till the end of DDR3 or Zen upgrade. The RAM has no flaws works over the rated specs and I can see this RAM lasting.

Take off the stickers :)
Not much to say about memory other than that it works, fits well and I haven't cared enough to benchmark it.It looks very fancy with the custom heatsinks, if you have a case where anyone can see it.One thing to note: They come with stickers you can put on your case or whatever. I'm not sure where they were in the packaging exactly but I managed to miss them and only noticed when I swapped a graphics card and found two HyperX stickers (still on their backing) sitting on it. No problem, but worth knowing about in case you don't notice too and they end up falling somewhere worse.

RAM? No, I pushed it in quite gently.
Nicely presented, a great price, and a substantial boost to performance in the Adobe suite. When Illustrator condescendingly tells me that a process will take a long time and 'Are you sure you want to continue?', presumably because it thinks my PC isn't good enough for it's vector images and pen tool shenanigans, I laugh. 'Hahahaha', I go. I continue like the maverick I am, and less than a few seconds go by, and BOOM: the job's done. Take that imaginary snooty self aware personality in my software. I win this round.
