It works well! I'm a very light sleeper and wake up at the slightest of noises, but since taking this it's been a lot easier to fall BACK asleep afterwards. I don't wake up as groggy, even when I get less sleep than I should.Admittedly, I am also using this to help regulate my bowels; after a series of infections that left my gut in shambles, this stuff has HELPED keep me regular. I do experience bloating and the NASTIEST of farts though, so if that's a concern keep an eye out.This is my second bottle and I think I'm gonna cut it down to half a serving now that things are somewhat regular and see where that gets me!

This magnesium powder has a pleasant berry flavor and mixes well with water. It’s calming and helps me unwind in the evenings, especially when paired with a relaxing routine. I do feel more regular and rested after taking it consistently. However, there’s not enough magnesium in each serving for the price point. I expected a higher dose given how much the jar costs. Still, it’s a good product if you’re looking for something gentle and well-formulated.

**BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT!**I was so hoping this would work for my sleep deprivation caused by peri/menopause.And, it did help me sleep. Helped me not only fall, but stay, asleep.But -- OMG! My body was under siege for 2 full days with nausea, terrible bloating/cramping (I'm not kidding when I say it felt like I was carrying a baby by how bloated I was), explosive diarrhea and the worst headaches of my life that I couldn't shake (and I get migraines!).Luckily, I work from home so I could be house-bound for these days while actually contemplating buying Depends because it felt like my digestive system would never be right again.Let me also say -- I'm not someone with a sensitive stomach. I have regular BMs and can eat pretty much everything without getting gassy/bloated/upset stomach. It tastes really good and works, but hurt my stomach sooooooo bad the next day like the worst gas pains and constantly running to the bathroom lol

I bought this to make nighttime mock tails and since I’ve used this in my drink, I noticed it helps me sleeps better. I’d definitely buy it again, it also has a sweet taste to it.
