What is the name of the adhesive? I bought these bottles last summer and the adhesive glue it came with is amazing and has held the bottles up well.

Is it strong enough that you can actually push the shampoo to come out and it fall off the wall?

The wall-mount sets come with a super adhesive bathroom sealant that does the work. Most products on the market use double-sided tape instead, which could cause problems after it being in a hot and humid environment like the shower for a while. If you follow the instructions and apply the adhesive correctly, it should work pretty well. Mine are still holding up strong after a year!

does this work with glass bottles?

The wall mount works for any bottles with a neck diameter size of 1.1 inch or less. That should work for most glass dispenser bottles out on the market. However, please use extra care when mounting a glass bottle far up from ground!
