Are the size of the 6 pack at steamers larger than the 12 pack steamers (actual size per steamer, not quantity) ?

No, they are different. 6 pack are hand pressed tablet. 12 pack are machine pressed. Our 6 pack is a bit larger in diameter but for the weight, it is the same with 12 pack.

Can these be used as a bath bomb as well?

Don't know, but from what I see on the outside, I would not put them in the bathtub with me.

Is this item manufactured in China?

Packaging does say Made in China.

do these make your shower slipperty with the oils in them?

I have not noticed any oils in this product. I used two of these as directed and the both melted away in less 30 seconds. The first time that I tried one it crumbled in my hand. The second one disintegrated promptly in the shower! I noticed no fragrance, oil or color. It was a waste of my money.
