The diameter of the largest one is 2.75" x 2.75" tall, the medium one is 2.0" x 2.25"tall, and the smallest is 1.5" x 2.0" tall. This set is really handy when you need smaller funnels. I have found that the smallest one is great for liquids but fine powder gets clogged up pretty quick. The medium one seems to work best for me, kinda the best of both worlds. I hope this helps a bit. The funnels are quite sturdy. I took the larger sized funnels and put quite a bit of hand pressure and it did not even begin to bend.
