Has anyone used it for anything else other than Pizza? I’m thinking about making Pitta?

If you search for SortedFood "HOME PIZZA OVEN PUT TO THE TEST BY CHEFS" then you will find a video where they do some great examples of what you can do other than pizza. It's used for the G3 oven but they are so similar it should be pretty much the same. They cook fish, aubergines, peppers, mushrooms and it does it really well. But when it comes to bread you can look what the G3 one can do and I think you should be able to do them as well.

How does this compare to the Ferrari g3? I have one, but its shorting out and i am thinking of getting this as a replacement.

I would recommend it. My old pizza oven shorted out also. It wasn't the Ferrari but it was a similar model and the pizzas were excellent so I was reluctant to swap and I was hoping to get it fixed instead. However, now j have swapped I don't regret it. This makes excellent pizzas with crisp bases and it's easy to clean as the stone is removable.

Can you put the stone in the dishwasher?

We do not recommend putting the stone in the dishwasher.
