very good quite easy to set up sound quality good and just put them on charge stand done quite quickly

Great service from Avantree!After some 15 months of use I noticed some cracking on both headsets, I contacted Avantree who informed me of their 2 year warranty and arranged for immediate replacement of both items, they even included a pre paid return label for the damaged items.Communication was prompt throughout and I really felt that they went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Had a problem with my avantree headphones they were replaced with minimum hassle and the new design is much improved with a much more comfortable headset many thanks to rosally for all her helpAlan south wales

Read the reviews and thought we'd take a punt.The box the headphones arrive in is quality as are the product(s) inside the box.I'd already bought more optical cables as wanted to keep the soundbar in the loop. So headphones and/or soundbar could operate.Everything set up plugged in and headphones on ready..............nothing no sound. Checked connections, all good.......nothing.Frustrated, went on line to trouble shoot / fault find....my partner then noticed that a light was flashing on the transmitter base where the headphones charge. This means that the transmitter isn't receiving a signal from the television??Scrolled into the television menu to sound settings and found a drop down menu and changed it to PCM........I think from default Dolby sound.Happy days the light stopped flashing and went to a solid light on the base transmitter and sound through but headphones AND the soundbar.WOW, we can both now enjoy TV (even late at night) to a volume suited to you.Two sound options on the headphones either clear sound or balanced voice left side and volume adjustment on the right-side. There's an on/off switch and a Mono/Stereo button also.The headphone sit neatly on the transmitter branch for charging and a red LED illuminates, once charged the LED extinguishes.If like you're toying with the idea of headphones for TV jump in as we would highly recommend the Avantree Duet.

Bought these as my partner is hard of hearing and needs the TV exceptionally loud which would annoy the neighbours. They are absolutely fabulous headphones. He can have them as loud as he needs them and I can have them low. The sound quality is really good too.

The charger is easy to set up in pairing mode. As for the headphones , well they broke very quickly, Janice the service agent was really helpful,and arranged for replacements , hopefully the plastic in these has been changed. I'd already had one set replaced , and have to say that the service given by the company is brilliant. The headphones themselves have the ability to have mono or stereo. Another switch gives you clear voice , volume control is easy and in a perfect position on the headphone so you don't have to remove to adjust. As are the other adjustments. With a 3 year guarantee on the actual headphones at least you have piece of mind . Would I buy again, yes , esp if the manufacturer has improved the quality of the plastic in the headphones. Up date now have had yet another 2 pairs replaced. I can;t believe other haven't had this problem . Would never buy again .

Bought for my folks who are hard of hearing so they can watch tv without blaring the volume. They're really happy with them. They are really easy to use, pair immediately with the docking station at the touch of a button and are loud, clear and comfortable.They can watch tv together or the other advantage is that one can watch tv while the other doesn't while still sharing a space. Great product.
