I am afraid we do not currently have a version of 7Up without sweeteners.

Are these better than a bottle 7up free/zero or sweeter and which machine do I need seems loads

Yes it is better than bottle. It is sirup so you moderate how sweet you want it. There is a line in the bottle cup which make you original drink. If you need more or less simply add you what you need. Machine could be any that make bubbles.
