This is one very cheap looking Zippo, in person.
As you may pick up on while reading various other reviews on here - this series of Zippo looks very cheap in person. I got the "Brush Lighter" and I really couldn't be more disappointed. Here's why:1.) The design on the Zippo is a sticker. It's honestly just a sticker. It looks engraved in the photos, it's not.2.) The sticker only is on one side of the Zippo. Turn it around and it's just bare brass.3.) The Zippo itself is extremely light (lighter than any other that I own) and feels like it will bend easily without the insert in.I absolutely loved the look of the Brush Lighter in concept, but this is ridiculous. As someone else wrote - this truly does look like a cheap knockoff / counterfeit. One thing I need to note is - this isn't a knock on the seller. They did a great job. This is 100% on Zippo.

Zippo Quality, As Expected
This Zippo lighter is pretty standard fare as far as the lighter brand, style and materials are concerned. This means it lights consistently, works fairly well even in windy conditions, and holds up to a lot of daily use.I'm a pack a day smoker, and this lighter has yet to fail to function. I never have to strike the wheel more than twice to get it to light (provided it has fuel in it, of course). This is a plus, as I have had Zippos in the past that I had to strike the wheel multiple times (5+) before it would actually light. This was after adjusting wick position, ensuring I was using official Zippo brand flints, etc. I haven't had to do any of that with this particular lighter. The only drawback to this lighter, which I anticipated before I clicked the "Add to Cart" button, is the fact that it does tarnish very quickly as a result of being made of brass. I've had brass lighters before, and knew I was going to run into this. I've considered polishing it really well and getting it lacquered to protect the finish, but I'm not entirely certain what that might do to the red enamel that's painted on the lighter. It seems like it would protect it even more, but I'm kind of afraid to pull the trigger just yet.The lighter looks exactly as pictured. The scroll-work design is distinctive, the enamel finish was flawless on mine, there were no scratches present, and it was packaged well. Overall I'm quite happy with it, and the fact that it carries the Zippo lifetime guarantee gives me enough peace of mind that I'll have this lighter for many years to come, or until I finally give up smoking, that it was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Still a Zippo...
Product was not wasn't exactly what I thought it to be. I thought the design was Raised or 3D. For the price, I thought the design would be a little more than just Stickers.Besides that, I love & collect Zippo lighters, so I will not be returning it. The design is cool, but quality is not what I thought. Amazon delivery was on time.

Meh
This lighter is smaller than the standard Zippo lighter. I didn't bother to read the dimensions in the description because I assumed they were all the same size. It also does not look as expensive as I anticipated. The maroon section isn't attractive.. I don't know how to explain it. It just has too different a texture than the metal. It does function like a Zippo lighter should though.

wasn't as nice in person as it appeared in the photo
wasn't as nice in person as it appeared in the photo. somehow I imagined these colors of black and brown were 'inlaid' panels of enamel in the metal, or something, especially because of the thin black dividing lines between the colors which look like crevices - but in person it's all just a thin printed pattern - maybe to create a faux-inlaid look. Which would have been acceptable if the design was on both sides, but the back was plain mettle, so it just came across as sort of cheap looking in person to me. returned. I have other Zippo design lighters that have a better overall look.

It’s a zippo
Parts supposed to be green are brown. It’s a sticker not even painted. But lighter is still great zippo

Satisfied
Did not come with a wick but easy to buy and install. Came with brass insert which is good because it matches the brushed brass finish. Glad I bought this it seems one of a kind and I’m sure zippo doesn’t sell this one on their website tis nice luxurious

Cheap and nasty looking sticker adorning the front of the lighter! One would assume that, from the picture, the front decoration was an engraving when it is in fact a sticker. I feel the product description Is very misleading.

Looks like low budget chinese knock off
A cheap-looking printed design in low resolution stuck on the surface. Looks like low budget chinese knock off. Not worth a fiver, let alone full price.

Zippo continue to produce quality finished items, love it!
Pretty quick delivery, looks very classy, and if you want, you can light your cigars with it. Though I display this and stick to an old battered zippo!
