they don’t contain tuna, they are made with perilla oil which is a vegetable oil

Nothing on the bottle says it is "gluten free". Only "vegan".

IS this for kids and adults?

I wouldn’t see why children wouldn’t be able to take these. Maybe 1 gummy a day instead of two. I’d check with a doctor first just to be on the safe side.
