Q: How to buy a an extra laptop arm? I already bought this and would love to have an extra arm for another laptop. Thanks!

You need to look for just the arm with a "vesa laptop tray" Then slide on the arm on the same pole. Unfortunately you will most likely have to buy at least a pole-arm-tray combo, not sure if you can just pick up the arm+tray. Trays can be separately bought but it still needs an arm. Different arms can be combined because the pole is nearly the same diameter usually. Laptop trays are just vesa which is just a standard 4 screw holes in a Aluminium plate.

Q: I'd like to use this to hold 2 laptops. Apart from the one coming with a laptop tray, is it possible to fit another laptop tray onto the other arm?

Yep this is quite possible if you buy the tray separately. You can also mix and match arms and put more on a single pole. Just be careful with the balance of the screens as too far forward will result in a tilted pole and a dent on your desk.

Q: Cant laptop fall as there's nothing to secure it to the stand tight?

In theory yes, but never happened to me over the past year. You can adjust the angle at which the laptop sits, I.e. the more vertical the higher the risk. But in practice I think it can fall if you accidentally pull a cable attached to a laptop and drag it down. When I finish work and close the laptop lid, I shift the angle to more horizontal so nothing can really happen
