I think it would work pretty well, size-wise. They are made from two different materials, as the AG dolls are vinyl with cloth bodies and this one is “stretchier”. It is a bit sticky so you’ll likely want to dust this doll with a little cornstarch baby powder. That’s what my daughter does to keep her clean.
