Are these tree nut free also?

They have tree nuts - which is not included in the advertisement ingredients. And the package I received was not the 2 bars, but miniature 1/4-sized Halloween bats. Non- returnable.

Not what I expected!

Wish I could give zero stars! I ordered this because of my daughter’s peanut allergy and this box does not have the peanut free label as the picture indicates! Also, it has a may contain tree nuts warning, which is not pictured either!!! Now I cannot give these to my daughter!
