Any hints on how to use with liquid foundation? Improved lines and puffiness, but when I put liquid foundation over, those effects disappo.

If you fully cover the Eye Cream with liquid foundation, it will degrade (dissolve) the eye cream. Try putting on over your foundation, assuming you use a light amount of foundation.
