Does the neo chair office chair computer desk chair have a tag on it for ca117 for upholstered furniture?

The chair did not come with any tag that I remember

Is the chair supposed to be shaky? after the installation, the whole seat is not fixed and can be tilted right and left and forward and backward.

Either the bolts to the seat mount are loose, or possibly your cylinder is not fully in the base.
