Do these headbands actually fit children? Like 5-10 year olds

Yes. They are small and they expand. Not so sure about the 5 year old but maybe 7-10.

Will these headbands but adults as well?

Yes! We have used them on several different sized heads. Adults included.

do any of the headbands have glitter?

There is no glitter so you don’t have the mess associated with that . One headband has sequins . One has fabric that looks like it could be glitter but there is absolutely no shedding of any glitter type material.
