Excellent way to cut the HDMI cord!
I purchased the Erisan AnyCast EZM2+ because I wanted a wireless solution to a long HDMI cable running from my iPad to the TV monitor in a classroom. The HDMI cable caused a trip hazard and almost caused an accident. This device really delivers! In my trials at home before taking it to my classroom, I successfully connected it to two different TVs or monitors without any problems. To check its range, I connected to a computer monitor in the far south upstairs room, and then successfully sent content to it from the opposite end of my home downstairs; a distance of over 50 feet and two floors! I'm impressed. It doesn't work very well with video; the picture jumps because the device can't keep up with the feed. But I only need it for slideshow presentations, and for that, it works quite well. The price was excellent, too. Thank you for providing an excellent solution to my problem.

Nice Casting Device
Update (1/19/2017): I did get this to work, as stated below, but Windows 10 wouldn't connect to it again after that. I contacted Customer Support and they told me to delete the device from Windows, reboot, and try again - it worked! It appears it's a Windows 10 issue. I also asked about the manual and was provided with an electronic version (They're reprinting with larger text.), as well as instructions in making the Miracast mode the default. Customer Support is awesome! If you have problems, don't hesitate to contact them. After some effort, I finally got this to work with my tablet (The key is the tiny button on the device.) It's great! My living room TV is connected to Roku, but now I can play Netflix, Hulu, and Vudu movies, using my tablet, on my bedroom TV. I gave it 4 stars only because the User Guide is horrible. You need a magnifying glass to read the ultra-tiny print. And even then, it's poorly written. I did manage to find a YouTube video, which was helpful.

A versatile video casting gadget that works.
Timely delivery. Good product information/instructions. It works well. The one problem I have with it is that it is snug up to the TV with the system switch on the TV side so I have to plug it in, get recognized, pull it out to switch it to Miracast, then plug it in again (not even 1/2 a minute). It would be nice if it came with an extension that would allow it to be re-positioned or hang from the TV. I wish Erisan could produce a Bluetooth version (if possible) that would simply transmit from the tablet or phone to the plugged in dongle - not requiring WiFi. It is very nice that it has multiple video casting settings (miracast, windows pc, etc.) so you can use it with Android, Apple, or PC.

Works as advertised but not a good choice for video.
I was disappointed. It works but with video which is one of the main reasons I bought it is very glittery meaning it breaks up and video not smooth streaming. The other thing that does not have anything to do with the product and more to do with Apple is the fact I can't play movies bought on ITunes with this unit. That's a real drag.On the other side of the coin, it works well with games, photos, or just about anything that's note a video. Easy setup if you can understand the instructions

Waste of money
I bought this item due to the "good" reviews. I was looking for a way to mirror my IPad and Iphone to stream videos while traveling or even at home. The set up is easy and takes seconds.. However, there is a constant problem with streaming Amazon instant video or other sources. Another problem is that it does not mirror to the screen size regardless of the settings on the television. it only mirrors about half the screen size.

A great device
This little gizmo will add to your tech life by making it possible to cast (I.e. mirror) your cell phone or computer screen to your television - or to cast your cell phone to your computer screen (need Win 10), or to cast your computer screen or phone to an LED projector. All wirelessly, and rather easily. While there are several devices out there which can perform these functions, the Anycast M2 Plus comes at a great price. Further, I found their tech support to be very good. Well worth the price.

It does the job.. but..
It works as advertised and is simple to set up. However, it does struggle with the data rate for displaying the content. For its purpose its fine, but for HD quality streaming it is a struggle so therefore you need to reduce video quality so it streams smoothly. Nothing against the product, it works as advertised and is a great alternative to Chromecast which is a bandwidth hog and is not for homes where you have limited internet..If you are displaying content, showing video to a group, etc. I think this would be a great solution.Streaming high definition output? Not really sure.

Perfect Miracast device no wifi needed to connect.
I have Miracast on my Xbox One but that doesn't require wifi but blocks Hulu and Netflix from being streams from my phone. This device is absolutely what I needed. Where I live I don't have wifi and my phone has unlimited data. This device allows me to connect my S7 Edge wirelessly using the quick connect feature which is basically Miracast a.k.a wireless HDMI streaming. This device worked out of the box all I needed to do was press the FN button on the device while it was connected to my television and it switched to Miracast.Pro'sNo wifi needed to connect to the deviceAirplay and Miracast in one deviceAllows me to stream all of the followingNetflixHuluYouTubeAmazon PrimeHBO GoYouTubeAnother thing I found out by accident is that while playing videos from my phone from the gallery when I held the multitasking button on my phone the video keep playing in full screen while I was browsing the web on my phone. This doesn't work on anything else. You can split screen YouTube still the same.Great for when I play my games from my phone using my Bluetooth controller. No more gaming on a 5.7 inch screen, played all my emulators and Android games on my computer monitor. Can not find any cons with this device. Stream quality all depends on the device that's streaming. If your internet is slow or you have an old outdated phone it will be choppy. My LG G2 was a bit choppy but once it settled with all other apps in the background closed it was okay. My S7 Edge was way better in streaming with no lag or jerky video.
