This bread flour works well and tastes great. The bag is not as sturdy as expected so handle with care.The texture of my bread was as expected. It holds and doesn’t fall apart. The protein content is high which is what I was looking for to make good bread.Can’t complain, its organic!

So hard to find good organic bread flour! This is my go to! The taste is great, nice soft texture, always get compliments on my bread with this flour. Stays nice and fresh. I like the smaller size bc it’s more manageable.
