I am a medical transporter who spends 10-12 hours a day driving and I was so tired of eating fast food and cold food like sandwiches. I bought this very skeptical that it would work well and I was absolutely impressed. It has a pull out pan that is very easy to clean. It heats up to piping hot in an hour or less. Today I had black beans, corn, carne asada and rice and the food was so hot in an hour I had to let it cool to eat. It comes with two cables for indoor and on the road use. The size of the pan is a very large portion compared to other brands I compared. I will update this if there are any issues but so far it is the best money I've spent so far on amazon.

Purchased for my husband who is an electrician and nit always around a microwave. This was a great solution. Warms up 20-30 minutes. He does heat the food up a bit before he packs it up. Cleans out easily, durable and light weight. Perfect for him.

Terrible! I would return it if my husband wouldnt have thrown away the box. It doesnt heat past room temp and thats with deer chilli in it heating for the recommended 45 mins. The cheese he mixed in wasnt even melted in the slightest. My husband landscapes and doesnt get a chance to get to a drive thru. I thought this would be a great way for him to eat something other than cold sandwiches while cutting trees in 20 degree weather. Im embarrassed. Keep searching. It took me two weeks of searching for what I thought was the best product for a reasonable price. Ive even tried to let water sit in it for an hour just to see and it shut off after 52 mins still at room temp.. super disappointed. Surely the seller tests the product before writing the discription...

This produce is awesome. Got it for my bf for work and he absolutely loved it and used it. Everyday he asks for this for work I am so proud I made a great choice for our home and his work.

Pretty good for the price. It works pretty well, and the electric lunch box is a fun idea. It takes about 30 minutes to make my lunch hot. The big problem is that there's no seal between the lid and the bowl. So liquids can leak out if the lunchbox isn't kept upright.
