Trustworthy brand.
Very accurate, easy to use. My doctor highly recommended OMRON 5 years ago with my high blood pressure episodes from stress and health issues. I carry it with me at all times and the size is perfect to keep in a small bag. This is my second one as the first one lasted 4 years, probably would have made it longer but in truth I beat it up in my travels. Worth the extra money over similar cheap ones. The app is great and I can analyze my stats from years ago down to the date and month.

Owned this Omron for THREE years now ~ still works like new! Easy to sync & use!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our Omron was purchased new in September of 2022, my spouse & I both use it almost daily. It’s important to keep track of our BP as we’re up there in age.It has never failed us, works perfectly every time! It’s easy to switch back & forth between users “1 & 2” and after each use it syncs PERFECTLY to our appropriate iPhone! We keep it tucked away in its included storage case between uses. It’s still as good as new!No worrying about trying to fit a cuff around your upper arm, simply place this on your wrist & raise it up towards your chest. It’s a quality product that I decided to purchase years ago after my doctor’s office started using it!👉⭐️ I highly recommend this purchase based on 3 years of usage without any issues what so ever!

Accurate and Easy to use
I have tried many of these cuff units. My experience has been that they are widely inaccurate. Most MDs will tell you an upper arm monitor is the gold standard. I have both this unit and an Omron upper arm unit. Maybe it’s the indicator that assures the right position, but I was very impressed to see almost identical readings (+/- 1mm), over several days, on the units. This unit so much smaller to store and nice if you need to travel with. The only reason I did not offer a 5star rating is because the readings are not backlit and a little hard to read in low light.

Powerhouse of a BP monitor
You guys!! Get this BP cuff. It's the best. On 1 set of batteries it just gives reading after reading after readings! I love that the cuff is absolutely silent. No noise. The results are super fast and accurate. I know most will think:: "why would I spend $75 on a BP reader"? I thought the same thing. But I got it and don't regret the price. It is so so worth it 👌. You download the Omron app and this is like having the Dr's right in the room. It tracks your BP's. It can track up to 2 people thru the app. Tons of tutorials and tips, along with a tracker of readings you can share with others! Or you may have a parent with this monitor and you need to see their readings, no problem. The app also has a medication tracker with in-depth options in regards to the medication you take.I am someone who has to get weekly infusions and during those infusions i have to take my BP every 15 minutes for 7 hours! This machine is a work horse! I purchased this cuff in July of 2023! I have nothing negative to report. I love the speediness of taking the BP, and ALL the Bluetooth goodies on the app.Check ✔️ it out, its worth every cent!

Cheap plastic and wildly inaccurate
Edit: a few days later i decided to return it. Its too inaccurate and isnt even inaccurate to the same reliable degree so i can calculate bp. Sometimes its off 20 sometimes 40 and neither number are off the same amount. 75 dollars is too much for this item esp when ive had more accurate and reliable old omron wrist cuff monitorsOriginal: Just opened it and here are my thoughts sofar:1. It feels very cheap. I have to press down hard on the buttons for them to work. Feels like the buttons wont last very long2. Has a weird chemically smell3. The reading was about 20 points lower for both sys and dias from my other bp monitor4. Its so quiet and inflates so slowly im not even sure its on and the screen is too dark to see from that angleSofar i think its overpriced, but im going to give it a few days to work out any human error before returning.

Excellent BP monitor
Easy to use. I don’t use the app. It stores 200 total readings for 2 users on a clear screen. Time, date, easy to set. It’s validated for accuracy and it’s extremely accurate. It was tested against 2 other accurate ones.Very cool feature lets you know your arm is in the right position : the heart lights up in blue- that’s when you are in the correct position. You have 5 seconds to get your arm positioned which is plenty of time. The cuff fits well, lets you know if it was too loose, or if you moved during taking the reading. LCD is easy to read. Look straight at it and there are no overlapping numbers. I’m dyslexic and have no issue with the LCD. Great compact carrying case. Directions are clear. Excellent value for it on sale! Detailed instructions in English and French pero no en español. Por qué no? Definitely recommend. It’s very quiet, you forget it’s on. UPDATED TO NOTE: it says to put it 1/2” from inner wrist crease. But not to cover the bone that protrudes on outer wrist. I would suggest going by the bone because 1/2 ” from inner crease covers that bone on me. Do the wrist test :)Muchas gracias, OMRON!

Simple to use
I bought this for a friend. I worry about her keeping up with her blood pressure. Wasn't quite sure when I bought it. As these wrist monitors have just recently started to be approved. But it is simple to use and she can carry in her purse. Very handy, very accurate and very simple.

Not accurate 😕
I thought this would work well to monitor my blood pressure. Unfortunately it does a sub-par job. No matter which wrist I use it ALWAYS tells me that the cuff is positioned wrong no matter how many times I reposition it. It's totally ridiculous & I am disgusted, because buying this machine is a complete waste of money.
