I'm white with curly, frizzy hair that behaves unless I'm in a humid environment. Slicked is hands-down the BEST product I have ever used to tame frizz and keep curls together. i use it on my regular trips to Mexico and will use it forever. Non-greasy, very soft, pliable hair that is seemingly sealed from moisture entering. No build up.

I love the product, and I haven't had an issue until recently. when my order arrived the cap was missing, as in amazon had sent it to me with no cap or the long tap they use to ensure the cap stays on and doesn't spill everywhere. It did spill everywhere and I'm very happy it didn't mess up or ruin my other order that was shipped with it. Had it been a book or clothes it would've been a hot mess. Just make sure before you use any product that all seals aren't tampered with and that their is a sticker on it to prevent any damage. That's all. Other than that, I use this product when I'm done with my hair to help keep the curls in. And let me tell you, they stay all day unless you play with the curl. Better support and reliably then my ex.

I will definitely continue to use this product. It’s not greasy and doesn’t weigh my hair down.PS. I’ve only used it on damp hair (after shampooing (oh so clean) and conditioning (in control) from the Aunt Jackie’s line.

Smells so good

This is one of the few gels that don’t cause dryness or breakage around my hairline. It’s gentle yet gives super strong hold. I have pretty thick curly hair and this is my holy grail hair gel.

Finally found something that holds my 4c curls without reverting back to my fro lol. The true test is the summer months when the humidity is high. I have complaints thus far and will keep in my stash of products.

The product is great, I have no problems with it. I’ve used it before, but couldn’t find it in store when I ran out, so I decided to order. The shipping was delayed 3 times, and when it finally arrived, it was in a too-big box with no padding, the lid was missing, and the bottle was sticky. I’m still going to use it, just because I waited so long to get it in the first place, and it didn’t leak enough that a lot of product was missing - but I am very disappointed that after all that time, I got my mousse without a lid.
