The BBQ arrived well packaged in 2 separate boxes. (fairly heavy). Easy to follow instructions, for assembly. The bolts, washers, etc. came in a well marked packet to aid the build. Good quality compared to previously owned BBQ's.(particularly the tray for charcoal which is a thicker gauge steel than the surrounding body). I didn't rush when assembling and it took about an hour to do. Really pleased with the result. It is a good sturdy BBQ and easy to move around. The chrome effect handles and hooks give it a nice finish. I have yet to cook on it but don't envisage any problems. Really happy with the purchase and think it was good value.

Amazing BBQ and amazing customer service. Part of the bottom rack arrived slightly dented. The BBQ still fit together no problem and worked fine, but the company offered to either replace it or give me a complementary pizza stone (we went with the pizza stone).The BBQ is very easy and straightforward to assemble and looks lovely.Overall, extremely happy with our purchase!

Once assembled it's a monster, it can easily hold a fair amount of meat on just one side and then have a large frying pan on the other or just a huge amount of meat spread across the whole thing. The grills are also very heavy duty and will last forever. The ash tray is also very useful and makes emptying out the ash very simple.After you've finished bbqing, if you shut the lid it remains at about 200-250 for ages so you could easily cook lunch on the coals then once finished, shut the lid and use it as an oven to cook dinner.The side trays at first glance look like they'll come in lots of use but tend to go unused as the BBQ kicks out a lot of heat once in use so anything on them would probably get too hot. The hooks that attach to them however are a good idea as a place to hang utensils.The bottle opener is a nice touch but i rarely remember it is there and when i do it's at an angle where it spills beer everytime it's used.Assembling it wasn't the easiest task, i don't quite understand why tags aren't stuck to individual pieces to make them easier to identify. Also the instructions in places contradicts itself and as a result i had to take apart then redo certain parts. I don't really get why companies that sell a product anyone off the street will have to assemble don't get "test subjects" in to build a few to see where they will get stuck and improve the instructions in those places...Also washers would be a good idea with future models.It has two wheels on to allow you to move it around but it doesn't have a handle on the opposite side that would aid with lifting it to move which just seems a little odd.The ability to raise and lower the coals tray is useful but it'd be more useful if it could be raised another step for when the coals are dying down.The metal in some places is fairly thin (which is a shame considering the price tag) so after a few uses, said metal has started to bend and contort and the lid no longer correctly aligns when shut.Overall i'm glad i purchased this bbq, however they needed to do more testing with it to find the flaws which anyone who's used it more than once will inevitably find. With some parts of it being a tad flimsy too i really hope parts of it do not start to break within a few more uses.

Took a few hours to build, but the process was straightforward. One small part wasn’t mentioned in the instructions, but it was easy to figure out. Feels sturdy once assembled. The cooking area is a good size.

Delivered the next day. We're totally novices at bbq's, but we wanted a decent bbq, which I believe this bbq is. Kinda tricky putting it together, my advice is take your time, do it in good day light or good lighting, as an error cost you dearly, which happened to us. The side panels by the legs are extremely important. You put them on the r wrong sides.......we did, which meant dismantling the whole thing again. In total it took 3 hour's , plus the extra hour to rebuild & switch the side panels round. The bbq cooked our food so well, very impressive. We had over 40 people. My nephew who loves cooking on bbq's said this is one of the best bbq's his used. Cleaning is easy. Although we thought it was a little expensive. Overall definitely would recommend

Feels like good quality, easy to put together, I would recommend 2 people to make it easier but I did manage it on my own and didn't take too long.

Next day delivery even though it was supposed to be 3 days. Fantastic bbq and very straight forward instructions to assemble. Can’t wait for some sun now!
