The handle of this pot is heavier than the empty pot! If placed on a standard coil type burner with not much inside the pan, it tips toward the handle. I wanted to heat water and when the water was mostly poured out, the hot pot dipped backwards which could have caused burn or falling! I feel it's dangerous for me to use. Also the lid handle came detached so I attached it and then when I washed it, water came leaking out from under the chrome plate between the handle and the lid top!! I feel it is dangerous and inconvenient and not what I wanted at all. I was replacing one that looked similar that I'd had for years and after moving and having a new stove, I accidentally burned it too black to clean but it was one solid piece when new, not like this one, in pieces that don't seem to fit well. I think it must be a second rating someone is trying to get rid of. .

I normally use glass Corning wear as they are the very best pots, (for me) but I needed a pot that had a catch for the lid to stay in play when I picked it up and shook it while making popcorn. This pot is exactly the right size and the lid works perfectly for my needs. It seems to heat evenly and quickly. The handle is also nice. Easy to hold onto. I do use it for other things as well, but it’s mostly my popcorn popping pot. I would recommend it. And if I needed another pot which wasn’t corning wear, I’d purchase this brand again.

Mainly used to heat a serving of soup or to heat water for tea or coffee. I did notice when used to heat a small amount of water, when using on a gas stove, a line from where the watermark was after getting hot, left a line on the inner side. Maybe in time this will fade or wash away??

I found this size pan to be right for so many uses. I use it for reheating and for making from scratch. the lid is light weight and e4asy to use.

Medium weight, nice handle with see thru cover. Heats up fairly evenly. Easy to clean. A good light duty pot

Very nice pot..Use for oatmeal and heating milk cleaning is easy.

I bought this pan because I wanted a second small pot for hot chocolate, soup, etc. It does not work on induction. The bottom is not magnetic. A pan will not work on induction if the bottom of the pan is not magnetic. This one is NOT. Very disappointed.

Good quality steel. The handle is sturdy and has good grip.
