Pura Sport Big Mouth Silicone Sport Top (Plastic Free, Certified, BPA Free) (Aqua Straw)

I bought this to replace a plastic straw cup that I bought for my 14 month old. It wasn't a "toddler cup" (you know, the ones where you have to really pull on the straw to prevent choking). It was a regular child-sized straw cup that he really took to, he hated cups with those difficult-to-use straws.I wanted to get a plastic-free replacement but I saw the small Pura Kiki came with one of those toddler-type straws, which I wasn't excited to try. Then I discovered this.My son loves it! The cap fits snuggly, so I feel comfortable taking the bottle in my purse. It's not leak-proof when it's open, but I just don't let my son run around with it. Easy compromise for me to get a great plastic-free cup.It's also so much easier to clean than a plastic cup because it's stretchy, so you can easily scrub the corners.If you are on the fence, try it. I think you'll be very happy with your purchase!

The bottle leaks a lot when it's held upside down and the straw portion for the mouth is a little too short in my opinion. My son had a blast flipping the bottle to left the water spill out and then playing with the spilled water. We will keep it, but I wish it was leak-proof!

I would love to actually rate this item, I have 4 Pura bottles with all the cover options except a sport top. Now that my little guy is too big for his other tops I wanted another grow with him option. I was super dissapointed that this sport straw cover wasn’t even in the box it was another Pura item which also looks used and not even a straw? What’s up with that?? So far I have loved and still use all the Pura products personally and for my boys but this wasn’t even available to try out.

I love this bottle and have used the soft spout attachment for many months. I so wanted to love the straw attachment but it leaks like anything! Even when its properly closed, water leaks from the straw part into the lid and the moment you open it sprays onto you!! I would rather buy a funtainer which during sale is just couple of $$ more!! Will never recommend it.

My 17 mo old son drinks from an open cup and I thought this would be a good replacement to a straw. It is not. Waste of money for now. Maybe later it will be useful..For now he drinks just from a a regular drinking bottle.

The new straw design is great! The top straw spout is easily covered with the lid, even easy for a four-year-old to do. Both the lid & straw that connects are washable in the dishwasher. Pura just needs to make it in more colors now!

It has leaked a few times on the side. I like these but I cannot use it for travel easily since it’s soaked a diaper bag and a backpack it was in before. It leaked from the pura kiki’s metal sides. Also, my 2 year old has managed to chew the straw down within a few uses. There’s tears on it now

It's not leak proof (only with lid on) and u have to still use the metal ring to hold on this top. Took me awhile to figure this out as the directions didn't state this. They work but not the best solution to what's else out there. Just wanted to make my old bottles work.
