I started using this product 5 days ago and I am seeing great improvement in my skin. I would recommend any day because it is effective and you get great value for your money. I had underarm boils and this product cleans my underarm well and I don't use deodorant and there is no odour.

This is the stuff that the hospitals give to you when you have surgery to make sure that there is nothing harmful left on the skin. It can dry your skin out a little but when you need it, it is good and reliable.. I also like to use this if I’ve been outside sweating a lot underneath my bra area when I’m in the shower.

This product is the Holy Grail - NOW, you cannot use this on your face, however, if you are like me, a 35 yo woman who's hormones are changing like she is back at puberty and your BO from your armpits smells like an Italian Sub with extra garlic and onions, while feeling greasy, you need this.I also have KP (strawberry skin) on my legs, I saw an IG of a dermatologist and she suggested this for BO and KP. I figured I would give the small bottle a try. When I tell you that I am BLOWN AWAY by how this has controlled by BO in DAYS and helped heal my KP...I just cannot believe it. I have used everything but aluminum deodorant, but I have tried everything else. Lume/Mando deodorant has been the only thing that helps the most, but still by the end of the day, I smelled like a sub. Pair my Lume with this stuff....I just no longer smell.I used a half of a pump for each armpit and the back of my arms (small bumps and acne there) and one pump per leg with a luffa poof. You do not have to scrub hard and you are left feeling clean, but not dried out. Now I just need to get more to refill my little bottle.Again, do not use this above your neck, it is not friendly for eyes and ears. It does have a slight medical smell, but it goes away through the day.

Love it! It keeps you clean & odor free!Just dont use on underarms if shaving.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Recommended by Dr. Please note that the bottle was only 3/4 full. I'm not sure if it was a larger bottle than needed or if I was shortchanged. I could not measure it without contaminating the solution.

I used as prescribed by my surgeon. It was not harsh. Nice foam and lathering. Important for antimicrobial properties.
