This computer is a powerhouse. Superfast with plenty of resources for any game you can run. Use it for Video editing and works wonderful for editing. Highly recommend these built PC.

Running it on a 100 inch QLED in 4K @144hz. I absolutely love this machine! It runs all my games on the highest settings including ray tracing and you could not hear it running!! Accidentally left Spider-Man 2 running all night. Did not realize it until I turn the TV on and seeing that it was still running. The computer was completely silent!! Extremely happy with the overkill and not regretting getting the 5090 at all. The machine and everything that's played on it looks absolutely amazing!

Smooth AI computer, doing more than I can use it for until I learn vibe coding. IMPORTANT!! No Sag. Packaged well and worked as soon as I plugged it in. Well worth the money. I got it 2 days quicker.

Have yet to find a game this PC struggles with at 1440p maxed-out settings. Now I feel like I need to buy a 4k monitor lol. Seriously no complaints, it's lightning fast, runs cool even under load, and looks stunning with the panoramic display case.Empowered PC did a fantastic job with this build, from their customer service responses, the fast shipping time, and the thorough testing that each build goes through before it's delivered. Highly recommend.

This is an awesome gaming PC. Plenty of power and storage. I bought it to play Star Citizen and it doesn’t disappoint! It arrived in good time / order and was very well packed. The only issue I had out of the box was the remote for the case lights wasn’t working but that pretty much resolved itself after I took out and replaced the battery.

Runs perfect haven’t had any issues so far and the build quality and wire management is excellent. Plays anything I throw at it in ultra settings. Great value for the money too, I know it’s expensive but if you really want a top of the line gaming pc there’s no shame in spending the money on what you like and want.

Gaming capability:We selected this computer as a Christmas gift due to the gaming capacity. I do not typically write reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!! We do not recommend purchasing from this seller at all. This was and is a horrible experience! I am writing this after 6 months and giving the seller ample time to remedy the situation.We purchased this in November 2024 as a Christmas gift and while expensive, we have been long time amazon customers and have not had to return many items. We trusted our prior experience with dealing with Amazon.This computer was opened on Christmas Day 2024…..and within 30 days of use, this computer started having the “blue screen of death”. We purchased the extra protection as the computer was $3390.24. The warranty was additional $. Asurion refers you to the manufacturer if it is under 1 year. So..no help with the asurion warranty in the first year. We directly contacted EmpoweredPc in the first few months and nobody is available by phone. Calls are not returned either. So, we reached out to Amazon and was told we would need to contact the seller. We did so in the messages app of Amazon. The seller is slow to respond. The seller provided limited communication and asked us to send a dump file for them to evaluate. We attempted multiple times to send this file. By the time we reached someone for help, the computer completely crashed and the monitor would not work with this device. Now, we have a black screen and nothing can be seen. We loaded the computer up in the original packing and sent this back to the seller. It was estimated at $150 to send this back to them to fix. They had several weeks to fix the computer. We received communication that it was fixed and they were sending it back to us. But we had to ask what was wrong with it and we asked them how they fixed it. They stated they replaced the entire CPU of the unit. We finally received the item on June 30, 2025. Within the first 3 hours of use, the computer blue screened again. It was clearly not fixed. All this to say, this computer has been used less than 6 months, and we now have almost $3550 into it, in addition to many many phone calls to Amazon to help us. I am also fighting a fraud charge on my credit card for an unauthorized purchase of over $158 of a Norton Anti-virus which was on this computer but we could not erase the account details because the monitor had a black screen. I have my credit card in possession and monitor it closely….oddly the charge was made on July 1st, the day after we received the computer back. That dispute is in process.Our learning, beware of third party sellers……and really evaluate the asurion protection. If you need help after year 1, the Asurion may be helpful. Amazon proactively refunded the Asurion protection. Amazon is ready and willing to help with items purchased directly from them. However, for third party sellers, they are somewhat limited. Amazon will tell you “rest assured, you will receive a refund”….and they reach out to the seller and will request a refund….but from what we have experienced…you are really at the mercy of the seller. We trusted our relationship with Amazon. Know your seller….in retrospect, we would have purchased from Best Buy or Costco. Costco has a 90 day warranty and is proven in customer satisfaction. This seller holds fast to their 30 day warranty even if it is a defective product….and they do not remedy defects quickly to ensure you have a quality product. Customer satisfaction with this seller is not a priority. Remedies that we are evaluating include legal actions, credit card dispute, and notifying the Federal Trade Commission.We currently have a box that not all lights work and the system crashes almost daily…….so essential unstable and unusable.Praying this helps someone from a horrible experience we have had.
