This is the best vitamin I’ve tried yet😍
I’m in love with these vitamins. I’ve tried so many different brands and none of them seem to give me the energy I needed-or that wow factor. These give me energy, helps with my digestive issues, as well as helps ease cramping during that time of month. The fact that you only need one a day is also a plus it’s not the smallest vitamin, but it’s easy to swallow.

3rd party testing
Why no 3rd party testing?I have been taking these vitamins for over a year. I like the idea with food based vitamins. The ingredients are full of all supplements needed for high energy 60ish male.However, this will be my last bottle due to no 3rd party testing. I am not a doctor and it's time to give my body a rest.I would reconsider if outside testing starts.

Could these smell any worse?
The strong urine smell when you open the bottle, is the same taste you have once you take the vitamin. The smell is so bad, I do not want to take the vitamin, it is HORRIBLE. Haven't forced myself to take it multiple days in a row so not sure how "good" the vitamins will be for me!
