Many of you may not know, but most multivitamins don't include iron, so when I found this multivitamin, it helped reduce the amount of pills (vitamins) I had to take daily because of its ingredients. I’ve been taking the Vegan Whole Food Multivitamin with Iron for several months, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. This is my third time purchasing it, but my first time purchasing it through Amazon. The first two purchases were through Wal-Mart. I'm not a vegan, but I am highly anemic, so finding a comprehensive multivitamin that meets all my nutritional needs with enough iron, too, can be challenging, but this product ticks all the boxes. The ingredients are all derived from whole foods, which gives me confidence in its quality and effectiveness. The added iron is particularly beneficial, as it's something many vegans, including myself, need to monitor closely. Since starting this multivitamin, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall vitality. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus. The packaging was secure on the inside and out. The pill size is a manageable size and does not have a weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it's formulated for both women and men, making it a versatile option for anyone looking to boost their nutrient intake.

Good vitamins but you have to take 3 capsules everyday so thats a lot.

I'm super picky about my health and have been taking and researching various vitamins for years, but when my financial situation changed, I needed to find an effective affordable multi-vitamin. Amazon didn't disappoint when I discovered these a few months ago and I felt it was time to give back with a review. I initially started by taking the recommended dose of 3 but noticed my urine was bright yellow and I felt gassy, so I went down to 2/day which has been perfect for me. I am a smaller than average sized woman and I also eat a pretty nutritious diet, so I probably don't need as much. So far, I have gone through two bottles and just ordered my third, and so far, I have had no problems with shipping, packaging, or breaking capsules as I see other reviewers have and I am crossing my fingers that that continues to be the case (but I appreciate that the seller seems responsive to the issue). I am beyond impressed with the quality of these vitamins so far and the long list of ingredients not usually found in a multi (without fillers and synthetics) and have paid way more for far less. I take these vitamins in addition to some other supplements and I continue to be healthy and youthful. I get compliments on my skin and I notice that my nails and hair (including eyebrows and eyelashes) are growing thick and long and look healthier than ever and I can only assume that these vitamins are at least part of the reason. I plan to try again and start taking 3/day and see how that goes, but either way I am happy with them and have recommended them to my teenage sons. I don't know how they do it, but I hope they continue to offer these vitamins and address any issues people may have with them breaking, and I will continue to order them. Thank you for giving consumers a great value at an affordable price! UPDATE: yesterday I wrote this glowing review and this morning my third bottle arrived. I immediately opened it to check the contents and while nothing seems broken, I was shocked at how different the product looked than before. The capsules went from a greenish color to pure white! I had read other recent reviews about this and noticed that the seller had replied that it has to do with seasonal changes, but really? This much of a difference? I am feeling skeptical that this is the same exact formula and will try to include a picture if I can figure it how. I hope this is legitimate and that the seller is being honest and transparent, but I've never experienced this before and do feel concerned about whether I am in fact getting the same product as before. How can we be assured?

I feel so much better after taking these. Truly effective and great ingredients. It’s honestly made a positive difference in my life and how I feel. Great value for how much it costs. That being said, they ARE difficult to stomach a bit. You can taste and smell them and it’s a bit difficult to stomach that flavor, for me. The thing that I don’t like….it says that it’s a month’s worth. They’re not. I take the appropriate serving size and it runs out a week earlier than what’s advertised.

Just started taking them. I liked that they have a little bit of iron in them since I seem to have trouble getting enough iron through my diet. . . Female, 74 years old.

I have used these vitamins for years with good results, until my last couple orders. My husband complained that they bothered his stomach & I just assumed that was just him being overly sensitive. After all, I've taken them (at only 1 a day for years, and both my daughter & I took them through the pandemic with general health improvement. I skip taking them from time to time, but have always got back into the habit because I felt better on them until... this last batch. There has always been color differences between batches, but this time I think whatever made the change effected me poorly. While it's entirely possible my own health has changed (I've always had a bit of a sensitive gut - but these were helping it for years!) now I can't take one without having problems. I've tried holding my other supplements and only taken this one (Others included: a probiotic, Mg, Zinc, Vit B, & Vit E & occasional iron - all of which served me well alongside this MVI until recently), tried going off this one completely, tried just taking my other supplements, & tried other multi-vitamins. And... it's this multivitamin. When I am off it, my gut issues resolve. As soon as I add it back in my gut rebels. I thought it was something else for months, but no. I'm super sad because it worked so well for so long. Now I need to find something else. I get stupid cravings & generalized fatigue without a multi
