Wonky Instruction-Has Potential
I'm giving this 3 stars for now for the bad directions. I used the instruction sheet on Amazon and without that I would not have gotten as far as I have. One example; when linking to the Alexa app it asks you for a "SN" which is explained to "XionAn" if you have an Android device. This is NOT correct. When you finally link you device, have your wifi SSID and P/W ready, your device will have a name listed in the app. That is the SN. It doesn't normally take me hours to set up electronics. I will update this as I progress.

TWO year warranty! Wow!
This is such a great deal for everything you receive. Not only does it come with a one year warranty, but if you just provide honest feedback, they will extend it to TWO years! I like a manufacturer that stands behind their product!

Insecure and unreliable device
Isn't compatible with Alexa, doesn't sync with peripheral devices, is terrible syncing to WiFi it just doesn't work. :(
