Definitely the best belt I've used. I've used sweat belts for awhile, because they make you sweat more, and that's the way you shed off weight.I've always used lower cost belts (gold's gym branded) and I'd be lucky to get 2 months of use out of them before they start to fall apart. Not to mention they are uncomfortable because of the Velcro closure makes contact with your skin.The TNT belts I was surprised the way the Velcro is, it will never make contact with your skin (no more Velcro rubbing on your skin!) and it feels sturdier and didn't roll and bunch up. I bought the pink one for my wife, abd I tried it first...I absolutely loved it and noticed that difference. My wife also said it was a lot better than other belts she has used, and felt heat from it quickly.

I NEVER write reviews on anything, ever. But I wanted to give this waist belt some love. I am a 32 yr old working mom who had 2 big babies within 2 1/2 years. This pooch has been hard to get ride of and I still have a lot of work to do so no pics yet....but this is by far the best waist belt I have purchased (and I have tried many). I’m well over 34in in my waist and the size small fits great. Super durable and comfortable (my fave features), perfect width and length, and minor roll up in the back (which is to be expected with any of them when you have curls). I pair this with the sweet sweat cream and wear it all day, then reapply it for my evening workout. I am definitely noticing a change.

I actually really like this belt...it is supportive & really makes my midsection sweat. I got this size because I have a very pendulus tummy (it hangs to my thighs) & makes my "hip" measurement about 50in. My waist at my belly button is 37in. This is still pretty darn big, even wearing it down on my hips to support my tummy. I should have gotten a size or 2 smaller. I also wish it was about twice as wide...as it is, I'm wearing 2 different belts to cover my hips to just under my ribs.TL;DR - too big for 50in hips...get a size smaller than you think you'll need. Great swet & great support. Too short if you have a long torso.

I love this thing. I don't workout without it. What I like most about it, is it doesn't prevent me from any workouts due to stiffness. It's flexible and fits nicely! My stomach is drenched in sweat after and I really think this is helping me loose some extra fat. My sister came over after my workout and asked me what I was wearing around my waist and I quickly ripped it off to show her how much it makes me sweat and she immediately wanted one. I'm actually a pretty small female, 5' tall, currently 128 lbs, but I've fattened up over this past winter because I love snacks!!! However, I bought the medium and it's perfect. You can always tighten it up which is the best part. The small would have been way too snug probably. I definitely recommend!

The good news is this gives me a little extra back support while working out. It also makes me sweat buckets when I get a good workout in.I got the men's version for my boyfriend and the women's version for me. His waist trainer is used 5 times a week in the gym and has been awesome. No issues with his at all in over a month.Mine however has had the same issues since the first time I used it...The front flap of this waist trainer started separating the FIRST time I used it. It is now mainly held on to the waist trainer by the sticking at the side. This means that I either have to deal with it flapping around when I don't wear a full length top or I wear high waisted leggings and a long top and look a little weird and bumpy in the front. I would cut the loose flap off but there is still some adhesive between the layers. It's not enough to make them stick together but it is enough that it would collect all sorts of lint, etc. I've just been smoothing them together as much as possible so that nothing collects in between the layers.I've only used it 6 times or so since purchasing so it doesn't see anywhere near as much use as my boyfriend's.

I've been using this for a week now during all my workouts. I can absolutely tell the difference in the amount of sweat my body produces in the waist area. It's incredible how much sweat occurs now! I've never been a heavy sweater, and mostly if I do sweat it's only from my head. But this product works as it claims it's making my waist/stomach area drip with sweat during my workouts. I'm not a gym goer, I do home workouts with workout videos and dance videos. Even just with those I'm working up a great sweat. Very pleased with the extra boost my body is getting from this.

This product was terrible. It kept falling apart and I attempted to rerun to no avail from vendor.

I read a ton before I buy anything. So I've read about different waist trainers(and how awful they are for you internally and externally) and about different waist trimmers and how it's all different. I chose this one because I liked that it was adjustable,that it seemed to cover more of the stomach than other ones and the reviews were all great. This is honestly one of the best purchases I've ever made! I go to the gym all the time and NEVER sweat. It's super frustrating. I have worn this and not only is my midsection drenched, but the rest of my body is sweating more too! Love love love! Recommend to everyone! I have only been using for a week so I'm not sure of long term affects promised but I'm very happy so far!
