Mophie Juice Pack Air Battery Case for iPhone 4/4S - Red (Certified Refurbished)

I really love this phone case. It took some getting accustomed to, shape and weight wise. It is great to have extended battery life on board. I purchased a reconditioned model, and it works great.I did drop this once and it protected my phone. The case slightly banged apart, but I just snapped it back into place. So, it really does protect.I have three complaints which is why I subtract a star.1. The on/off sound switch does not work. I have to remove the case to turn sound back on.2. The headphone jack needs an adapter. No thanks. Solved this by getting Bluetooth earbuds.3. I have to remove the base to connect the phone to my car to listen to music while driving, as the USB connector is unique to the case.Minor annoyances really. I recommend the Mophie case.

Bought one, tried it and as a result bought a second one for my wife's phone. It can get us through the day now with fairly moderate to heavy usage where the original iPhone 4s battery would be looking to be charged half way through the day. We've had them well over two months and they keep taking a full charge and doing thier jobs well, recharging the iphone 4s to full capacity again from 20%. They're smart looking and add a bit of heft to the phone overall making it easy to hang onto and will fit in my phone holster easily which is a plus. They add just a bit of how thick the unit is - about 3/16th of an inch, and just a little over a quarter inch to the length is all.

This is my third Mophie for my iPhone 4S and I love em. Yes, I said third because I'm rough with my phones and the other packs protected my phone with plenty of accidental drops from waist high.Of course, with my luck they always seem to land on the bottom where the charging port is and that is where some pretty sensitive electronics are located.I've always been able to take my phone down to 10% and flip a switch on the pack to get a full charge back on the phone battery. Easily doubles the battery capabilities of my phone.

I love this charger and protector for my iphone. However, my "certified refurbished" morphie died just shy of the 90 day warranty period stated on the item page. Beware, as the 90 day warranty period is contrary to Amazon's 30 day warranty period and if you try to return it through Amazon, you will not be able to unless you go through back channels to point the error out to them. However, Amazon promptly addressed my issue and provided numerous options to compensate me for the inconvenience.

This looks and works like brand new. It more than doubled the life of my phone. I can now go all day without charging. It is kind of bulky, but most all cases are if they offer any protection or power to the battery. Shipped well and received quickly. I received an email wanting to make sure I was happy. That was really nice. Not very durable. I dropped it and the bottom came off, but I was able to put it back together. It has a small crack that isn't too noticeable and does not affect it's performance.

So thankful to receive this battery case. My iPhone would not hold a charge for longer than 2 hours, but now it will last all day. That is such a relief because it was such an inconvenience to have to plug in my phone three times a day. Highly recommend!!

Did NOT work. Did not get charge after hours of being plugged.Definitely Amazon do not check the products before shipping it.Very frustrating and disappointed. It was the second case I bought. The first one didn't arrive.Now I have to wait for a replacement... Would it work?

It only lasted about 4 months before the charging port got too lose to charge it up anymore. I guess you can't expect much more for the price of a refurbished model, but I am now leery of buying another Mophie product for the same reasons. The port was also in a strange place on the phone which made it awkward to charge.
