Samsung Galaxy A20e 32GB Smartphone Blue - Other EU Version

Always got samsung, so was quite used to the way it works, not really different than my last one. It has both face and fingerprint sencers, but I use the fingerprint, .... as to open the camera(for the face rec), you first have to press the power button.. then you hold it up to you, and it opens. While with fingerprint, you just press your finger to the back of the phone and it opens ... no power button to find and press.Plus the power button is directly beneath the volume buttons, so you have to be careful there. It is also about half way down the side.This leaves it quite fiddly to get at, if you are using a flip open case that has a magnetic flap to close it... as where the flap is positioned,it gets in the way of the button.Also.. the fingerprint button is on the back, beside the camera lens, so just be careful, as it's easy to feel back , but end up with your finger on the lens and not the sencer.Got it up and running in no time, so no problems there. Very pleased with how it runs.

I don't claim to be an expert but I think this might be one of the best value Samsungs out there. The only real downside is that the screen might be a bit narrow for some people.

Ordered the a20e for my son's birthday and he loved it at first. However 6 weeks down the line the touchscreen started play up with it being difficult to tap icons and play games and then lines appeared on the screen and now he can't use it at all! Took it into a Samsung centre who advised that it is clearly a fault in the phone and it could be repaired under warranty....HOWEVER the warranty is invalid as the phone was bought via the seller on Amazon and we have no signature or stamp to validate it. He suggested contacting the seller direct which I have done so I'll update if I get any response!

Probably second hand although sold as new. Tamper proof seal on box had been broken, and another one stuck over it to hide the fact. The phone is locked. I rang Samsung who checked the IMEI and they told me the phone was not recognisable on their system so may have come from abroad. The only instructions enclosed appear to be in Slovak language as was the information on the screen.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying such a cheap phone after having an iPhone last time, but it's far better than my old iPhone 4s was. The blue colour is beautiful and not as dark as in the pictures.The phone came well packed, on time, and as described. My heart leapt when I started it up and everything was in a foreign language, as was the printed instruction leaflet, but I found out how to change the language to uk English. It was £30 cheaper than at samsung, so I'm very pleased.

This is such a good budget smartphone with a typical 3000milliamp battery. I have had the phone for a day and it is amazing. It runs smoothly on the latest version of android, and the 3gb of ram makes it easy to multitask. Its would be brilliant phone for a Childs first phone or an adult not wanting to spend much!One thing I already love id the battery, its such a long lasting one compared to my previous phone!I will update this in weeks to come with info on the experience, any issues & photos!Hope this has helped, and I 5* recommend it!
