Excellent Olive Oil with a Smooth Taste
First I need to point out that a lot of olive oil labelled as extra virgin is diluted with cheaper oil and some people even allege the mafia is involved with imported oil. This oil is certified by an independent organization in California and it is made in California so you know it's the real stuff. In regards to taste, I really like it. It is not overpowering, in fact some may call it mild, but it still has a great flavor. I think this oil could be used in any application.

Love this oil
This is the only olive oil I buy anymore. I read a lot into different olive oil as of late and most of the big name brands are cut with cheap oils so their so called "extra virgin olive oil" is a bunch of bs. This was one of the oils tested in the study and was given very good reviews. I don't mind the price either its a little more expensive but the quality is worth the price to me.

Who would think that authentic olive oil would taste so ...
Who would think that authentic olive oil would taste so strong? This was the 1st non-counterfeit olive we bought so the taste was surprising to us. Most of my family prefers the fake stuff. I guess it's what they're accustomed to. No faulting the product so I give it 5 stars.

This is the best tasting "big fat finishing oil" (ala Anne Burrell) in the world. Not for cooking, only for drizzling just before serving. Perfect all by itself on a green salad. I drizzle it on meats and starches as well. The flavor is amazing! Get 2. You'll go through the first one pretty fast.

Wonderful fruity flavor!
We had this olive oil at a local restaurant - Travinia's Italian Kitchen. I was excited to see that I could order it from Amazon. This oil has a wonderful fruity flavor. I ordered this set of 3 to give as Christmas gifts. I ordered a set of 2 at the same time. Lower shipping to order the 2-set and 3-set. Ordering two 3-sets jumped the shipping up to $23.95.

Light, fruity flavor
Love this EVOO! I had this at an Italian restaurant, and couldn't find in any local stores. I bought 3 bottles. This is not the kind of EVOO for cooking. Good tasting to use for bread dipping, or salad dressings.

Corto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I love this olive oil....It arrived within the time frame promised, however I did not get the Pack of 3 500 ML bottles that I ordered. I got one liter bottle and one 500ML bottle. I prefer the smaller bottles because they are easier to handle and store. IF I wanted a large bottle I would of ordered it! Next time please send product as described!!!!
