Outstanding
Have bought 2 MacBook Air's from this provider for my twins. Both setup easily and very, very good value for money. Provider additionally did a free upgrade from 4GB to 8GB RAM. Thoroughly recommend.After reading many of the 1 star reviews for this product I would like to say to all that you are buying renewed, and especially an Apple. Please be advised that this MacBook Air can be upgraded to macOS 12 Monterey and the reason I'm informing anyone interested as some of the comments are people complaining that it won't install certain programmes app because it need macOS 11 or later, just update.If anyone has problems updating to macOS 12 follow online advice to do a hard reset and install. This is due to macOS 10 and below used DOS/FAT whereas Apple now use their own file system called APFS which the MacBook needs to update to macOS 11 & 12. Daughters one I took to Genius Bar at an Apple Store and they did it there in front of me free of charge, tech guy showed me what to do and I did the same thing for my sons and everything is now good.

one of the corner is not good condition, not working
one of the corner is not good condition mentioned on attached picture.After 3 months it's suddenly stop working. not heavy use, but it stop working.Very poor product.I didn't recommend this product and seller.
