After hearing so many things about Garcinia Cambogia Extract, I decided to give it a go...no, I didn't like having to swallow the pills as I do prefer pills alot smaller but I understand it's not always easy to make that happen, and besides that I feel like it really did help me manage my weight and take control of my diet and eating habits. I had a weight management issue and these really helped me overcome a few challenges along the way and helped me stay on track! SO I do highly recommend them overall!

I tried this pill during this holiday time and have been pleasantly surprised. It seems that if it take it before a meal I am definitely less hungry. The best part, I took it a bit before the holiday party graze and definitely ate much less than usual. The pill is a bit big, but, goes down easily. This is going to be my go to pre-party from now on!

This product says 4 tablets is the standard dose, which means the quantity will last 1/4 as long. Not happy about that. Will purchase some other brand next time.

I like how many you get, and the quality is nice too. So far they seem to help keep food cravings at bay and I will continue to keep them as apart of my supplement regime! I like that these are an extract too, that way you know you are getting the most out of them.

This really seems to take away my appetite. It does give me a mild headache occasionally but nothing major. Doesnt upset stomach either. This is my second bottle. Accidentally ordered a different brand that had an added appetite suppressant and they made me sick. Very happy with this brand!

This had zero impact on my appetite. I followed the instructions and all but didn't feel any difference.
