Orient Mens Analogue Automatic Watch with Stainless Steel Strap RA-EL0002L00B

After owning 3 Seiko SKX's and flipping them because they didn't have a sapphire crystal, I decided to go for the Triton to see if it scratched that itch. I have owned an Orient Sun & Moon and was very happy with the quality of the watch so I didn't think twice about buying this. It's as you'd hope, very nicely put together like a Swiss watch. Everything aligns, faultless polishing, the movement is quiet and winding is buttery smooth. Its keeping time well at +5 secs a day and all in all, its worth every penny. Unlike a Swiss watch the bracelet comes under some criticism for not having a milled clasp, but you can forgive it for that, being its such a nice watch. I was always planning to put it on a zulu strap, but I discovered I actually like the bracelet so it's staying. Is it as iconic as the SKX? No, but it's arguably better looking, it's definitely better made and your unlikely to meet another in the wild. Top watch from Orient, I love it.

I liked look of watch but did purchase the Angus J watchstrap to replace supplied strap although there’s nothing wrong with the orient one ,it’s a really heavy and chunky watch , I know Orient are owned by Seiko so should last years and as far as I know these are made In Japan so it was a bargain

I own a Seiko Orange Giant.This is better. I will be needing better bracelets for both of them though

An absolutely stunning watch for the price.

I'm not a collector so the two quality concerns with my watch don't both me that much, but it's worth saying here as this watches movement and design make it desirable to many people who would care much more than me.1) the chapter ring on my watch is off by half a tick. i.e the bezel marker, line below, and the 12 o'clock shield do not line up exactly. No one is going to notice this other than me, as it's on my wrist all the time.2) the bracelet on mine squeaked heavily on arrival. I never managed to find where it was rubbing but it was and it sounded like a cartoon mouse. Eventually it wore down to and stopped doing it so regularly. I'm still on the fence about replacing the bracelet though.I'm happy with it though. It is beautiful and very comfortable to wear.Edit: Unfortunately after 7 months the crown on my Triton came off. I contacted Amazon as the seller regarding a warranty repair and as they were unable to arrange that they issued a full refund and I had to return the watch. It kept excellent time and I really enjoyed it, but it remains to be seen if I will replace it with the same model.Edit #2: Second watch had the same issue, the crown simply came off while adjusting the time. Having researched the issue since the first watch was returned and I purchased a replacement, it seems it is a common issue with the movement in the watch (previously fitted to the Orient M-Force). As the second watch was purchased from a third party this time and it is outside it's return window I'm going to have a watchmaker look at it. After which I may sell it on and buy something else.

Never buy an Orient watch on Amazon if you live in the UK. I bought my favourite, the Orient Triton, the first one just stopped working randomly within a few months and Amazon replaced it. A few months later and the crown snapped off the 2nd one. I own quite a few watches including some high end automatics so I know what I'm talking about. Amazon told me to go to "Orient" direct. That's ok until you find out there is no UK service centre, 9 emails later to Orient (in Japan) with no reply means I have a watch in excellent condition as you can see which is completely useless. Because I rotate my watches I've worked out that in less than 12 months of owning it I've worn it for less than 6 months. I will go out of my way to make sure no-one else gets ripped off the way I have been until Amazon resolve this, I'm planning a YouTube video to highlight what a waste of money it is to buy an Orient watch from Amazon in the UK.

Ive already got the orient Ray 2 so I knew what to expect from orient. With this watch orient take things further. Sapphire glass and a superb movement. Well worth the money.

Soy coleccionista, este gama baja funciona genial, no me termina lo poner epson detrás pero cosas de las marcas. En mi caso llegó ajustado a +- 5 segundos (lo que es genial para un reloj de esta gama) tras un ajuste por mi parte se ha quedado en +- 1 seg.Orient siempre suele ofrecer un poco más por el precio que se paga.No hago buceo con el pero vamos que ha aguantado inmersiones a pulmón en el mar sin problema, largas horas de piscina.... con una buena limpieza como nuevo

L'orologio è stato consegnato puntualmente, e viene fornito in una bella scatola (un pò voluminosa) in simil pelle ed una controscatola di cartone.L'orologio è bellissimo, molto bella la cassa satinata e lucida, dà l'idea di grande robustezza. Bello anche il quadrante con gli indici applicati ed una buona luminescenza.Il bracciale è piuttosto peso, ma la clip di chiusura non mi sembra all'altezza dell'orologio, comunque io l'ho sostituito con un cinturino tipo "Nato" blu navy che riprende il colore del quadrante e che conferisce al tutto un aspetto molto bello oltre ad alleggerirne il peso.Al momento, mi sembra anche piuttosto preciso, insomma soddisfattissimo dell'acquisto, ottimo prodotto.

Super produit et bon prix comme d'habitude. Etonné de voir ce type de montre sur Amazone. Il faut connaître un peu le domaine et cette marque pour apprécier ce type d'offre. Enchanté du délai très court et de la qualité du produit.
