KOYAH - Organic USA Grown Collard Greens Powder (Equivalent to 15 Cups Fresh): Freeze-Dried, Whole-Leaf Powder

I love the fact that it has just the greens what I am looking for and no sugar and additive free. The taste and smell is neutral, easy to mix into your smoothie. I drink it straight mixed in water. Good value for the money.

This container of freeze dried collard greens appears to be very high quality. The color is vibrant and the flavor is mild. It seems to be very fresh. I add a scoop of this and a scoop of Koyah kale to my smoothie every morning. That equals a cup and a half of raw greens total. It digests very easily, which is why I moved to freeze dried over fresh or frozen. I'm very happy with the quality.

I use this when I could not longer find frozen collard greens in my local store 🤷🏻‍♀️. I add half of a scoop in my soup or stew, then season well. Tasted good. Very healthy, easy storage!!!!

Fast, Convenient, best quality of any freeze dried vegetable powder I have ever used. Seemed like a small container surprisingly long lasting. Great company with the highest standards. Highly recommended

I haven't started to use it yet, but I will use it in rice and pasta dishes, and in soups and stews. I like that the container will be easy to open.Same with the beet powder. The mango and the raspberry I will use in rice dishes, also mix it with soy milk for a delicious drink.

Mixes well in Smoothies and tastes good. Not gritty.

The image of Amazon/Seller image for this product (Koyah Collard Greens Whole Leaf Powder) has "Vitamin K/70 percent RDA. I purchased this product as a convenient whole food source of vitamin K1. This was my one and only reason for purchasing this expensive product, as the other vitamin percentages are minimal. The nutrition label on the product which I received does NOT include vitamin K. So I am going to say that this product does not provide vitamin K, in any amount. Seller is deceptive, with the Amazon description. In addition, 2.12 ounces of this product turns out to be a tiny amount. The label (of the product which I received,) has "1 scoop =1/2 fresh collard greens" but no scoop is provided. Does not tell the consumer what size scoop equals 1/2 fresh collard greens. Below this, the label has "15 cups of Collard Greens" and the advertising (on Amazon) has "30 servings" which probably refers to the unspecified "scoop". Seller provides confusing information. Deceptive. This product sits in a small size container. This small container is delivered about 3/4 filled. 30 servings... if a 1/2 teaspoon is used as a scoop, maybe. I absolutely cannot recommend this product. Not at any price, and certainly not at the price which this seller lists
